1. Fill in an application. Everyone seeking a flat within Helsingborgshem must fill in an application, which will be filed in our directory of applicants. You can fill in an application on our website or contact our customer service for an application form. The directory tells us who you are and how long you have been in our directory of applicants. 2. Register for an available flat. As an applicant, you will not receive offers when flats are available. Instead, all available flats are published on our website under the ''Hemtorget'' heading. If any of the available flats are of interest, you register your interest quickly and easily under the ''Hemtorget'' heading for that particular flat. You can register for up to three flats at a time. All available flats are published for eight days, and it is during this period that you can register your interest. 3. The three applicants who have been in our directory the longest are invited to a viewing. When eight days have passed, the three applicants who have been in our directory the longest and registered their interest for the flat in question are invited to a viewing, assuming they meet the basic requirements. 4. Viewing. The flat is shown. Note: You will be blocked from registering your interest for additional flats for six months if you: • Agree to go to a viewing but then don’t turn up. • Take part in a viewing but afterwards don’t inform us if you want the flat or not. 5. Signing of contract. The applicant who wants the flat after the viewing and who has been in our directory of applicants the longest is called to sign a rental contract. A message that the flat is let is sent out to all the applicants who have registered for the flat. |
